I lost hot water for 3 days and could not get a plumber over as it was the weekend.Monday , a very enterprising young man gave me the number for Lorenzo and even took a photo of my new furnace to send to him so he ,knew what he was dealing with before he came over. Within the hour ,two of his guys were over, knew what was needed and got a part, it was fixed immediately . Thanks Lorenzo and your team, for being so responsive and efficient.

Lorenzo has done a few emergency repairs at our place and I'm always pleased with his work. He answers the phone immediately and was willing to work with us on a fair price. I'd be happy to use Ideal Plumbing & Heating again.

Called Lorenzo on a weekend after a burst water main under driveway caused flooding. He texted straight back and came around same day to evaluate. He got his crew workin g the very next day (Sunday morning). Crew were friendly and got to work immediately and fixed the issues. Price was very reasonable, and Lorenzo is genuine and honest. Will be using again, and highly recommend.

Lorenzo is a really nice guy and very responsive. We unfortunately had to call him twice for emergency repairs. He came out quickly, repaired the damages within a day and pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use him in the future.
